Terms of use 

1. Miscellaneous
The Company Bauernfeind IT-Beratung & Realisierung (BIT in short) is owner of the Sites www.loodoodle.com and loodoodle.azurewebsites.net.com.

2. agreee to an offer
If a customer sends an order, he declares that he is willing to recieve a product with costs from BIT. BIT retains the right to reject this order without giving any reasons. By sending the confirmation BIT agrees to the offer.

3. Returns Policy
Becouse each loodoodle is personalized and handmade, we cannot provide the right to return the product. In case of a productdamage, please send an eMail to office@loodoodle-shop.com.

4. Delivery
If ther is no other appointment. We will deliver the product form our pruduction-center to the shipping address. Any statment about a deliverydate is nonbinding.

5. Payment
The Customer can choose between Banktransfer or Creditcard. If the production starts the transaction will be completed. If the costumer chooses Banktransfer, the production will start as soon as the money is on our account.

6. Copyright Photos
The costumer confirms that he is the legal owner of the picture, he has uploaded for printing and creating a loodoodle.

7. Reservation of proprietary rights
The deliverd product belongs to BIT until ful payment.

8.liabitlity for defects
If there is product-damage, legal requirements apply.

9.exclusion of liability
Al special damage are bared by BIT.

10. Privacy
We only store information if it is needed to fullfill  online-orders. We do not give away any information to third parties.

11. Applicable law
By visiting our website the customer agrees that the laws of Austria will govern that conditions.

12. Place of jurisdiction
This is  Linz in Austria.
